done 2008-04-18 n080403-cache: Move the OpenDocument-v1.0-OASIS-standard.pdf from my collection to the cache, renaming it for simplicity in cataloging (e.g., n080403c2-OpenDocument-v1.0.pdf.  There is no need to store the StarOffice version, since later ones are more appropriate for annotation and explanation.
