  2014-07-09 I am still uncomfortable attempting to deal with both profile compliance and application profile conformance in one breath here.  It would be good to have one test suite at this level, and there might be profile degrees of some sort.  This needs to be sorted out as there are concrete cases to assess.
  2014-07-01 "RCT Application Profile" is a component under the RCT Application Assessment Guide.  It might be "RCT Application Profiling" and it is unclear how much that is addressed in the RCT Extension Profile (in an Appendix perhaps?).
