2012-07-14		 2012-07-04 The separation of Namespace usages and of identifier (URI) usages needs to be made more clear in this case.  The use to create a namespace-qualified attribute value is more complicated because the prefix-led attribute value may have a rich structure of semantics and syntax.  There is also the use internal to an OpenFormula expression that may raise more cases.  It might be necessary to finesse that until there is an use in the context of OpenFormula (?).  [dh:2012-07-14 This is handled in ns/example# and other places well enough now.]

(moved 2012-07-01)		 An odd case of namespaces is the usage to identify syntax and semantics of attribute-carried expressions.   This applies for formulas and also scripting.   Another is the peculiar use in conjunction with OWL "schemas."  This can be described, perhaps, in the ODF segment of the tree.  There are many places in ODF where an attribute's set of scalar values is extendable via URIs that introduce new identifiers and their semantics.
