  2008-04-04 templates c00000{3/4/5}b.htm: Change to Hard Hat Era when we advance to that stage.
  2008-04-04 orcmid.htm: When bootstrapping is completed, verify that there are no further links to orcmid.htm and replace it with a tombstone (because there may be external links to it now).
  2008-04-04 construction/default.htm: Clean up title block and other elements for style and layout
  2008-03-08 When all references to orcmid.htm have been tracked down and replaced, delete the orcmid.htm page from the site.
