This document cache provides backup versions of all of the documents that are described in the OASIS OpenDocument Standards nfoNote folio.  These materials are retained for backup as verifiable sources for citations, quotation, commentary, and analysis.  In general, the primary source location should always be cited.

   The PDF download should be employed as the authoritative specification.  The Star Office version can be opened in recent versions of OpenOffice.org.  This version is more amenable to translation to other formats, comparisons between documents, annotation, and use in analysis documents.  The conditions for use of the document are the same as those placed on the PDF version.
